With 23 years' combined experience both as a HR Business Partner and Search & Selection Consultant, I established Turner Hargreaves in 1997 to challenge the often justifiably critical perception of the recruitment industry.

We are an independent consultancy offering a refreshingly personal and bespoke service to clients and candidates alike. Our client base spans the UK, and we have also carried out assignments in Europe and the UAE. Clients range from SMEs to large, blue chip organisations.

Operating at the senior level, Turner Hargreaves has built its reputation in resourcing Finance Professionals, from CFOs to recently qualified accountants. The calibre of candidates we represent are not only able to demonstrate core technical understanding but also strong commercial experience, leading us to work within a broader business spectrum.

This has also enabled us to incorporate the more specialist areas of functional management consultancy and project management, providing high level consultancy services.
